Does anyone know why…
Firstly, i have to ask, does anyone know why i keep getting nose bleeds? really bad ones. i even wake up and find i’ve had one in my sleep! right as i was writting this (i’ve edited this in to go first) I was sat here typing and suddenly my nose just started gushing blood. i can’t work it out. i haven’t had any knocks to my nose but it’s getting embarrassing when it happens in places or situations like the middle of the high street in town! Any know why this is?
Good grief, I’ve had a funny old time since about 12am last night. people really surprise me, isn’t it funny when you think you have the jist of someone and, in one single night you can realise you really didnt… I can’t really talk about it here because it involves someone else and i guess its not fair to talk about someone in this way with out their consent but, in short; i got the weirdest text at twenty to four in the morning and even though i dont know this person very well, (im really surprised they turned to me for help really) but i knew they were in trouble. i was very worried and even though i dont really know them i decided i couldn’t not try my best to help, because i’d like to think people would do the same for me if ever i needed the help, be they an age old friend or just an aquaintance. so i dressed and i spent the rest of the early hours trying to rescue them and make sure they were okay. and getting them either to my house or safe back to theirs. i ended up crashing into my bed at 5:45am in all my clothes (even my shoes) only to have to get up at 7:15 today for meetings and more packing (i’m moving!) and taking stuff to my new place. and after that i had to go pick out some furnishings. (i hate being poor!) i had no time to think about food today untill 8:30pm… i know thats bad but, i feel like its been non stop today. i am so exhausted. i can’t wait to get to bed tonight, though i bet as ever i won’t sleep well.. i think i deserve it though after all that!
Isn’t it crazy when you get and insane day so out of the blue!

Don’t know anything about nosebleeds, but if I had them like that I’d call my doctor.
do you have allergies?? i heard people get a lot of them when they have allergies because there noise gets dry..or something like that. i think you should prob call the doctor.
several things could be causing your nose bleeds. Your sinuses could be too dry, you could have a sinus infection… there are probably other reasons… you should see your doctor to determine the cause. Until then you could try using a saline spray to moisturize your sinuses.

I don’t have any allergies and my nose doesn’t feel dry and i dont have sinus pain. it seems quite strange… i’ll leave it for a while, it could stop on its own i suppose. (i really dont want to go to the doctor!!)
